Candidates working in this position will be responsible for performing unlimited tasks listed below and other arising tasks (if any) as arranged by the manager.
– Receive the production plan from customers/sales to deploy to departments; Be responsible for the work results of the team and related professional departments;
– Guide customers on customs procedures, support the review of import-export documents and be responsible for the declaration results of the Customs procedure team;
– Play the role of connecting information, regulating the activities of departments in the company/local sub in performing services for customers according to the deadline requested by customers/according to the company’s regulations;
– Monitor the performance of the work of departments related to shipments; support departments to best perform the work being performed; request the management of related departments to improve the quality of implementation (if necessary);
– Take on the role of regular customer care, working with sales to ensure maximum satisfaction of customer service requirements;
– Notify shipping schedules, delivery/packing schedules and support information for customers according to the company’s regulations;
– Together with sales: check debit notes, track input and output; support accounting in debt collection when due;
– Together with sales and management: handle arising issues related to goods; services being performed for customers;
– Together with sales admin: work with agents/local subs, to quote prices for sales/customers when requested;
– Perform indoor sales (but not affecting the interests of other departments and with output) when there is an opportunity;
– Work with related departments in the company to ensure information is communicated consistently, goods are coordinated continuously.
– Carry out other professional requirements from the company’s management/customers.
Job requirements:
– Candidates with 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
– Good command of English and office software
– Ability to work independently and under high pressure;
– Honest, careful, enthusiastic, responsible for work
– Japanese is an advantage, with PREFERENTIAL income
