The candidate working in this position will be responsible for performing unlimited tasks listed below and other arising tasks (if any) as arranged by the manager.
– Get export bookings as directed by the sales department or as directly requested by the customer;
– Prepare BL/AWBL, declare AFR/AMS for export orders, contact shippers and shipping lines to issue correct, complete and timely BL/AWBL sets;
– Prepare complete export documents (pre-alert) to send to relevant parties: shipping lines, airlines, agents, warehouses and customers…;
– Check the debit notes of shipping lines/agents for correctness and completeness, transfer to the accountant to plan timely payment to get delivery orders, avoid cases where goods arrive but the shipping line does not issue orders;
– Check the status of goods 5; 3; 1 days before the ship arrives; Send swbl/surrender to the agent immediately after the ship departs and no later than 3 days before the ship arrives;
– Track the export/import schedule, update the shipment itinerary information into the company’s system and send it to the customer; report relevant information to the department head and customer;
– Receive and return the export declaration to the customer within no more than 30 days from the ship’s departure date;
– Work with relevant departments in the company to ensure that information is communicated consistently and goods are coordinated continuously;
– Carry out other business requirements from the company’s/customer’s Board of Directors.
Job Requirements:
– Candidates with 1 year of experience
– Good command of English and office software
– Ability to work independently and under high pressure;
– Honest, careful, enthusiastic, responsible for work
– Japanese is an advantage, with PREFERENTIAL income.
