Customs Broker
Customs broker are companies specializing in customs services under contracts. They put their name as customs broker on the customs clearance, sign and stamp their name in the customs broker box (with ECUS4 software), or use their digital signature to transmit the declaration (ECUS5 – VNACCS). Customs broker operates based on an authorized contract with the owner of the import and export goods and must be responsible within the authorized scope.
