🔵 Your responsibilities
👉 Customs declaration and documentation
- Review and verify the completeness and validity of customer documents
- Contact customers for additional information when necessary
- Prepare and submit customs declarations via VNACCS
- Handle related procedures such as infrastructure fees, barcode registration, and other customs requirements
👉 Clearance follow-up and coordination
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to update shipment status
- Monitor customs clearance progress and resolve operational issues
- Handle chemical declarations, C/O applications, and specialized permits when required
👉 Policy updates and compliance
- Stay updated with customs, tax, and import-export regulations
- Apply updated policies to daily operations for compliance and efficiency
🔵 Who we are looking for
- College/University degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in customs declaration or similar roles
- Practical knowledge of forwarding/logistics and customs procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented
