🔵 Your responsibilities
👉 Customer care and support
- Update shipping schedules, delivery plans, and related operational information
- Support customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication
👉 Operation coordination
- Guide customers on logistics procedures and basic customs requirements
- Review import/export documents
- Coordinate information between internal departments and partners
- Monitor shipment progress and support issue resolution
👉 Shipment planning
- Receive shipment plans from customers or the Sales team
- Coordinate with related departments for execution
- Follow up closely to ensure service quality
🔵 Who we are looking for
- College/University degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of forwarding/logistics operations
- Basic customs procedure knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible
