On June 13, 2026, GK Logistics Vietnam conducted an internal training program on “Japanese Corporate Culture” to help employees gain a deeper understanding of Japanese management philosophy, work ethics, and business communication standards.
Delivered through a storytelling approach combined with real-life experiences, the program provided participants with valuable insights into Japanese corporate culture, including discipline, professionalism, and business etiquette in the workplace.
During the training session, employees learned and practiced a variety of practical topics such as Ojigi (Japanese bowing etiquette), Meishi Koukan (business card exchange), guest seating arrangements according to Japanese business customs, and professional appearance standards in the workplace.
In addition, the program introduced participants to Japan’s recruitment and talent development culture through the concept of Shukatsu, the structured job-hunting process commonly experienced by university students and international students in Japan. This helped employees better understand the importance of responsibility, commitment, and long-term career development.
The training program is part of GK Logistics Vietnam’s ongoing employee development initiatives, contributing to the development of a highly professional workforce, continuous service quality improvement, and the promotion of positive corporate values throughout the organization.
