🔵 Your responsibilities
👉 Customer consulting and support
- Support clients throughout the consulting service process
- Coordinate with the Sales team and consulting specialists to ensure service quality
👉 Project coordination
- Receive plans from customers or the Sales team
- Coordinate with the consulting team for implementation
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion
👉 Communication and issue handling
- Act as the key contact point between customers, sales, and consultants
- Resolving issues during service delivery
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and acceptance documents
🔵 Who we are looking for
- College/University degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, forwarding, or customer service
- Experience in job coordination or project follow-up is preferred
- Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Basic English reading and email communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Sat: working hour 8h30 – 12h30
